Your First Visit
We are always excited to meet new patients and identify what we can do to provide relief from the painful symptoms or restricted mobility you are experiencing. Our friendly staff is happy for the opportunity to answer any questions and schedule your appointment at our Roseburg office.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We know there are times in life where unavoidable circumstances arise and your plans need to be changed. As such, we understand that an unexpected situation may require that you reschedule or cancel an appointment. We ask that you please provide at least 24 hours’ notice, and we will work with you to set up a new appointment that is more manageable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, however, will be subjected to a $25 charge. It is important to know that this fee is not covered by insurance.
